Default Revit viewport title centered with line?

Not sure if this has been asked or figured out, I haven't found it yet.

Is there a way to have the extension line centered and grow outward in each direction when stretched in view title?
I want a title and the scale center justified with the line stretchable from the center.

I suspect you would put the tags and text centered at the fixed reference point and have the line grow out in each direction, but I don't know if that is possible or how to do it.
(see screen shot, this is what I have now which works but not ideal)

(another option would be simply have the title text underline and turn off the extension line and keep it all centered)

    Thanks

You could use reference lines to control the line however the problem lies in not being able to lock the text to the center reference line. Not sure how to do this.
