AutoCAD Architecture Product Access

HELP!!
Several years ago I purchased AutoCad Architecture 2009 and was on subscription for several years afterwards up to 2016. Unfortunately the email address associated with the original account is no longer valid. It was through a web site I took down several years ago. Since the original email address is no longer valid I cannot access the account I purchased the product with. I'd like to be able to download the software and manage my license but find myself unable to make contact with anyone at Autodesk to straighten things out. There is no direct contact email address or phone number that I can find. All I can get to are the standard predefined help answers that are not relevant to my situation. How do I access my original account without a valid email address associated with it? How do I contact Auto Desk to straighten this out? Any help here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Autodesk is now in the rental business, and your options are to try some other package, or sign up with a new email address as a new customer and rent the software you need.

You can change your email as long as you are able to log into your old profile. Go to https://profile.autodesk.com/security and change your login email. Then go to your account at https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services. I'm not sure if you can still download 2016, as they only support the current version and 3 previous, which is 2019.

And 'support' for perpetual licenses does not include supplying authorization codes to run one's purchased and paid for software.
