Default Upgrade from 2017 to 2020 - Standards Violation

When we upgraded from 2017 to 2020/2021 when opening a drawing get error
"Standards Violation" the colors in the drawing changes. Even if we fix layer colors and save and reopen drawing with 2020 it will
get same same error message and resets colors.
    Any help would be appreciated

Look at which DWS file is being used as the standard. Type STANDARDS at the command line, and the dialog will show you which file(s) are being referenced.
