Summary: Custom color setting on CAD FIELD

Description: it's pain to read those linked Field text while drafting , i know we can turn off the grey highlight hatch in option , then we won't notice it's Linked text.
On the other hand in most of the time when we follow our company cad standard of layer and color for annotation , it's so hard to read.
That's why an option of custom highlight color is needed !!
