Default Does Windows Have a Built-in VPN?

Hi everyone, I hope you all are doing well. I have been using VPNs for my work but now I want to know if the Windows operating system has its own built-in VPN within it.

Dear sir, the VPN on Windows is only a setup to connect to a VPN and nothing more.
My advice to you is to find a strong VPN provider with a subscription and not for free, in order to save your data from theft.
    This applies to antivirus applications.

    Always be safe.
