Default Draw lines from polyline Edges

Hi I am searching for a lisp code to select the polyline and draw the triagles like the attach image

I dont have it for contours , i want to use it to divide buildings drawings and calculate areas (to write the calculation on the drawing , not to use area command).

I dont need the dimensions on the lines or the area inside

    Thanks

If the question is simple, the resolution is not at all!
    So you can thank:
    - ElpanovEvgeniy (and ymg for minor correction)
    - Michael Doerr
for to have sharing their excellent algorithms and me for assembling for your specific request.
Processes all kinds of 2D polylines (light or heavy) and 3D polylines all closed
Beware however of bulges for 2D polylines which will not be processed: Acts from vertex to vertex.
