Are you talking about "revisions" with the delta symbol?
The quick answer is "no" that I'm aware of if:
You want that to appear on the same drawing (sheet) and/or you have it set to project versus sheet.

But you CAN have the same number (or letter) appear on sheets with different descriptions on OTHER sheets if you have selected revisions per sheet.

In other words you can't have more than one "REV 1" on a sheet anytime.
But if your revisions are set to "by sheet", you can have a "REV 1" on one sheet with one description, and a "REV 1" on another sheet with a different description.
