I can view it. What problem are you having? BTW, it has nothing to do with AUGI.

Thank you for your reply and I'm aware it has nothing to do with AUGI.
Just was browsing their "LEVEL OF DEVELOPMENT SPECIFICATION" document I've previously downloaded on my PC and that's what I get when pressing the link and I'm not able to browse anywhere from the Homepage.

Apparently, since I'm not a member, I can't find the link you are talking about, but I get the same response with the link in your post. There is no 'Contact Us' info on the home page, but after you log in, I would look for something like that.
