I've been having problems with changes being reverted when they open a file the next day for users of Revit '22 with BIM360 / Collaboration Cloud.

Of course this seems like it should be extremely unlikely and must be a user error. But I have several trusted Revit users who have been reporting this for months now. I simply can't believe it's because they forget to sync without noticing or think they made a change they haven't made. I trust these people and it's been happening for months now.

But I can't find anywhere a mention of this problem and without proof I'm not sure that it makes much sense to reach out to Autodesk support.

I've done the obvious audit and compact file, these are not unusual files in any particular way.

I'd love some ideas for what to do.
