Dynamic block with 2 Visibility parameters?

Good Morning All,
I have made a dynamic block for different visual scales using Visibility parameter. I would also like to add different stages of the project eg PRELIMINARY, FOR TENDER, etc, so that I can have the choice of selecting, say, 1:100, FOR TENDER, or 1:100, PRELIMINARY, etc.
How do I go about that when I can't have 2 Visibility parameters? Hope someone can help, thanks.

If you use them in paperspace, ther'es no need for multiple scale versions

You can have multiple visibility parameters but you have to use a lookup table parameter with them.
