    Default Polar stretch Pill Label with an optional simulated leader line

    I built a block for P&ID labels and tags. the text stays centered as does the "leader line" when stretched.
    The "leader" is just a line with its own polar stretch, and a visibility toggle.
    Hope this is useful.
