Linetype definitions keep disappearing

I have a layer called V-FENC in my drawing with the linetype FENCE assigned to it. When I load the linetype called FENCE, my line shows up as it should. Basically a dashed linetype with little x's in it. When I do an immediate regen, the linetype I need disappears and I am back to a dashed linetype.

What are your MSLTSCALE, PSLTSCALE and LTSCALE vars set to? If they are all set to 1, then the linetype will show as expected in Model and Paperspace. Regardless of the annotation scale you have your current view set to.
