Attachment did not go through...can you please show me how to attach an image/photo?
Hello Cadtag, thanks for the reply. I finally figured out how to insert image (Please find attached photo...now I am referring to those lines shown). Once zoomed in those lines respond accordingly. Thanks, Ted.
I get those on one of our servers that doesn't have a graphics card designed for AutoCAD. You have to turn off hardware acceleration in the GRAPHICSCONFIG command.
Here's a page that will help you find an approved graphics card.

Turning off hardware acceleration will cause AutoCAD to perform a little slower. Depending on the size and complexity of your work, you may not notice this. After looking at the site I linked to, you notice that your card is on the list, you may just need to update your driver. And then you can turn hardware acceleration back on. Updating to the latest driver may work even for for a non-supported card.
Also, you don't need to use your camera to do a screen capture. Windows has built in software. Use the Print Screen button on your keyboard or use Programs>Snip & Sketch. Then attach the png/jpeg to your post, not a pdf though. The forum has built-in viewers for image files.
