Default Modeling a side register tap at a downward angle

I have a situation that calls for modeling side supply registers on round duct. However, instead of projecting straight out, I need to angle the register at 30 degrees down.

The ideal situation would be to find a register family that allows me to insert it on a duct so that it is flush. However, the family that I found from the manufacturer only allows a horizontal throw. I cannot rotate it after insertion (photo 1).

A second option would be to simply tap the duct with a short run of duct and then insert a register on the end. However, I can do this horizontally, but again, I cannot rotate it (photo 2).

If anyone has a family that will satisfy the ideal situation, I would appreciate it. Otherwise, some direction on how to model the duct at an angle would suffice.

As always, an help would be greatly appreciated.

Every day I check and see if anyone has a thought on this... and every day I am . Of course, I am being a little dramatic, but I can't believe there is no solution. I'll keep checking... cheers!

When you open the family, is "Always Vertical" check in the properties?

If so, uncheck, save and reload it.
