Summary: This is the list of suggestions about Filter Dialog Window improvements that can possibly make it better and more efficient in my opinion

Description: Here is the list of wishes to improve Filter Dialog Window because it looks a little bit old-fashioned and could be significantly improved:
- add a Filter command as a button on the main ribbon panel near the Quick Select button. That will popularize it to use more frequent;
- add buttons in a Filter dialog window, that will allow to move selected filters up and down (to set a proper order);
- add an additional button in a Filter Dialog Window that allows to open or redefine save path of the Filter List – a Browse button. The save path exists implicitly at the moment (for example, C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2019\R23.0\enu\Support) and only enthusiasts can find the location of it. That will provide people to share filter lists to each other;
- add an indentation style for nested logical operators:
** Begin OR
** Begin AND
Color = 1 - Red
Object = Polyline
** End AND
** Begin AND
Color = 3 - Green
Object = Polyline
** End AND
** End OR
It will increase the readability of complex filter options. Maybe it will be also better to replace separate Begin/End logical operators by a Begin/End containers where you can include other filter options or nested Begin/End containers too.
- add some interactivity to the Filter Properties Window. For example, add Dropdown Elements and Input Fields for quicker editing filter options. That changes will make buttons like Edit Item and Substitude useless (so they could be removed). Also as mentioned earlier, add interactive Begin/End containers for logical operators where you can include other nested filter options or logical operator containers. Something similar is present in Revit’s Filter Views dialog box (Filter Rules setting field to be exact)
- add new filter options: group names (also it would be nice to add it into Quick Select and Data Extraction tools), multileader text values (Text Value filter option doesn’t work with multileaders)
