    Default View following

When I am working I am usually in the 3-Left view configuration with my assemblies top Rt, Plan Bottom Rt and a 3d rotated view on the left. Details are foggy at this point, but when I was doing GIS we had a tool that that would keep a window of aerial photography centered on wherever we would pan or zoom to in the main working window. Is there anything like this that would keep the 3d rotated view centered on the plan view?

Can you use the REDEFINE command and set DSVIEWER from 0 to 1? I haven't tried it in a few years, but it might be worth a shot.
