Default Grading Proper drainage away from pad

Any suggestions on how to get this done. FFE for garage is 665.50 to make the be slightly above the existing parking lot of around 694.38. I need to cut down on the west side and drain to the existing inlet on the northwest corner of the garage at 693. I just need to keep the existing sidewalk intact while grading down from around elevation 700 to create a swale towards the flowline (circled in blue)? How would I do that in Civil 3d? I'm struggling with feature lines to get the contours to look correct in the Existing ground surface.

Create a Site separate from your currently existing sites. Place your new feature lines on this new site. Since they will be on the new site, the feature lines will not interact with other feature lines on other sites.

Draw a feature line (or polyline converted to a feature line, whichever is easiest for you) along the area you are attempting to match to a surface. Set the elevations of the feature line to that surface, adding intermediate elevation points as needed. Draw additional feature lines with your desired elevations / slopes to build a model. Using Grading Creation Tools, you can then Infill the enclosed areas to complete your model.
If you have a technical question, please find the appropriate forum and ask it there.
