Not through AutoLISP. However, if your create a volume surface between two surfaces, the cut, fill, and net volumes are accessible through AutoLISP.
I'm not seeing where Grading objects are available through even .NET.

I was hoping there would be something in the toolbox that would do it since they are in a site.
Something like a parcel report. That last time I did something like this I used the volumes dashboard.
that worked great until I had to update something and it rearranged the order and couldn't get them
back in numerical order.
The Volumes Dashboard requires a Volume Surface (either TINN or GRID based) to function.
Through AutoLISP, you can select the volume surface. One of the properties of this surface is named Statistics. This property contains additional properties such as the BottomSurface, CutVolume, FillVolume, NetVolume, and TopSurface. The three volume properties are numerical, while the two surfaces are object references to the respective surfaces. Accessing the two surfaces, you can retrieve the name property of each surface. With all of this information, a attributed block could be populated or a table could be generated or the data could just be listed at the command line.

I did find a way to display the info I wanted. If you use the command reportsurfacevolume to compare the 2 surfaces it displays the cut/fill volume information.
If you do multiple surface combinations, it will show them all. then you can do a copy and paste into excel (or autocad table) to create a table that can be displayed in the drawing.
It's not dynamic, but it gave me what I needed for this project.
