multileader procedure

Multileader with mtext is requiring mtext to be created and placed first before drawing leader. Suddenly reversed from normal procedure. What is the setting to get back to drawing multileader then typing in mtext?

When you enter the command, right+click at the first prompt and select 'leader landing first'.

I found that in the command prompt shortly after I posted the thread. I don't know how 'content first' got selected. Thanks!
