At the very top right of the screen is a clock symbol. 4 positions to the left of the question mark symbol. It is backlit in blue. Mine has the number 28 next to it. What the heck is that?

version? screenshot? what happens when you hover/click on it? I don't see that in my 2021 C3D install

The appearance of the clock implies that you are running with the trial 30 days license.
