How to make an annotation symbol fuction in a breakline detail element family?

That may be an overly long title, but it hopefully communicates my question. I am interested in creating a detail element line family for creating breaklines. I'm not a fan of the detail element breaklines and want something that is fast and clean. The issue with the current family is as such: the mast region cannot jog with the centered tic thus there is a part of the view that would otherwise be visible that is obscure.

Attached is the family in question as well as one unfinished second attempt to remedy issue in question.

You need to add reference planes and then lock your line end points to their intersections. I only have Revit 2020 and above so I didn't edit your family.
Here is a screen shot of the break line family I use and the parameters and formulas used to scale the family based on the scale of the view. You can also see the masking region has the same contours.
