Default Elevation Callout Tag - Not Showing

We are working with cloud sharing using Revit 2022.

In my company's template, The Callout Tag for elevations only shows in one view. The 'bubble' shows everywhere but the 'arrow' is missing. It only seems effect the elevations in the template itself. Any new elevations created show both.

Does anyone have advice on what is causing this and if there is a way to create it?

    Thank you.

Default Re: Elevation Callout Tag - Not Showing

possibly check the properties of the elevation view that is showing (or in the template if used) to see if it is "hiding at scales courser than"
For instance: the plan it's showing the elevation callout in is within the scale(s) allowed, and not showing in the ones courser than ones allowed?
just a shot in the dark
