Default Hide (mask) Objects that Cross a Polyline

Hi, everyone. I have a block that I created that is a camper spot on a project I'm designing. It's basically a gravel pad for the camper along with a projection to the side for a grill and picnic table. I would like to use this one sketch for all of the sites, but since the road has radii and curves, parts of the block will cross into the road, etc. Is there a way to mask the block so it is "clean" along the road's edge? I'm attaching a snip showing where the block (grey hatched object) cross over the radius of the road. I would like the polyline that is the edge of the road to mask the portion of the block that goes outside of it. Thanks for any help/advice you can give me!

A couple of ideas come to mind. first is to create a dynamic block that could be modified for each insertion. not sure if this is possible or not, but maybe worth a look.
second way would be to create a group ("classicgroup") after copying the group it could be made unselectable, modified as necessary, then made selectable again. both
methods would require individual editing though, not exactly what you are looking for.

set an opaque white hatch, TrueColor 255,255,255, as the pavement hatch and use Draworder to push your blocks Under it.

Personally, I'd probably explode the block after placing, and trim using edge of road, not sure what reason there is to keep the block after it's been placed.
