    Default Surface Boundary

How can I use the Magenta line as a inner boundary that would not allow the TIN lines to cross?

You can go to Toolspace>Prospector tab>Surface>(Choose your surface)>Definition>Right click on Boundaries>Ad. Name your boundary Hide. (Append a number if you are going to have several Hide boundaries.) At the "Type" drop-down menu, select Hide. I set my Mid-ordinate distance to .01. Choose the boundary in which you wish to hid TIN lines. It's not really necessary to make your Hide boundaries separate. You can choose several boundaries in one operation. Just make sure they are closed polylines.
