AI natural language processing

I have an AI project and need help with natural language processing.
unfortunately, i don't know how to process things like parts of speech, and how to form a query or prioritize the words in a question.
i can search and define: noun, verb, adj, and adverb.
now, it just works with keyword query's.

also, beyond that, speech recognition is desirable.

any ideas? thanks

I have played with speech recognition in say Word and sort of works nice thing can use swear words for like erase a word, if your talking cad then also line circle arc etc can work. Past that no idea.
