    Default File Owner

    Good morning.

I have a file that says it is locked by owner. How can I find out who the owner of the file is?

In File Explorer, browse to the folder the file lives in and open the ".dwl" ... the username with the file open will be the first line and the computer used is the second line.

The alert I get also shows the user & computer that has the file open:

The WhoHas command and then select the file will tell you the same information.
If you have a technical question, please find the appropriate forum and ask it there.
You will get a quicker response from your fellow AUGI members than if you sent it to me via a PM or email.
