Default Cylindrical Structure with no frame or slab at top

Is there a part / part catalog where I can remove the frame in profile view?

    - - - Updated - - -

Ok, I Found it for 4ft, 5ft, 6ft, & 8ft Dia.. I sure wish there where parts here for 12in, 15in and so forth up to 3ft.

I draw a lot of SCM risers in profiles and sections

Did you know Civil 3D comes with a Part Builder? It is not highly intuitive, but it can be used to create new structures from scratch, or copy and modify existing structures.
If you have a technical question, please find the appropriate forum and ask it there.

I dove into it a while back. Now that I am thinking about it, it was at least 5 years ago. Do you think it might be more functionable now?

This is Autodesk developed software, so no.

However, if you are just trying to add additional sizes of that part, then you may be able to modify the XML file (make a copy first) to add additional sizes to the range of that portion of the part.

Before doing any of those edits, I would use Part Builder to open the part. The palette that is also opened at that time has buttons across the top. The second (from the left) button allows you to Save Part Family As... This new dialog has an button to create a New Chapter... Use that button and create a new chapter to hold your customized part. Save and close. Then reopen the new part and make your edits to add the additional part sizes you are needing.

The fun begins when you try to share that part around the office. I've change the path (on all the network workstations) to my parts library to a network path, which helps reduce the need to share it.

And the new Infrastructure Parts Editor needs Inventor to create new parts.
