Lisp for detaching surfaces

Do you have a lisp for detaching surfaces in AutoCAD?
I search a lisp that detach a 2d polygon into many polygons, depending of the surfaces.

What kind of surface? a regular 3D surface or a Civil 3D surface?

2D polygons are not surfaces, they are polylines. Can you try to describe what you are doing or post a file and some screen captures?
