Summary: Reload/unload Xref from Layers Property Manager

Description: By Right Clicking on an xref and being able to select an option to reload/unload an xref. If the xref is missing/misplaced there should be another option by right clicking on the xref in the layer property manager to open the external reference dialogue window, where you can then repath the xref as current.

That functionality already exists in the xref palette. Just type XREF and right click on a reference. I wouldn't want it in the Layer properties palette. It's too busy as it is. It's not always efficient or good design to have one object do everything. Sometimes it's better to have different objects to do what they do best.
