Summary: To select UCS or WCS within the "Attach External Reference" dialog box.

Description: Users should be able to choose whether xrefs come in on a UCS or the WCS. As you know, users must set a UCS or the WCS before initiating the xref-attachment process, or the xref comes in on an undesired coordinate system. It would be very convenient if the option to set the coordinate system existed within the "Attach External Reference."

Everything you do in AutoCAD is always done on the current coordinate system, whether its the WCS or a UCS. The coordinate system has to be active to make use of it. I'm not sure its possible to do what you're asking, unless I misunderstood.
