Are there any updates to the Insert Sheet index command?

I.E. - If I rename a sheet do I have to reinsert the Sheet Index?

You rename the sheet through the SSM sheet properties (you probably know that) and no, you don't need to insert a new index, but simply update the table data links.
Select the table, right click, "Update Data Table Links"
