Text Styles & Quick Select Problem

Good morning.

I am trying to clean up some of our drawing files. I have two problems. I have not been able to find a way to clean up unwanted text styles. I was hoping that someone could tell me how to find where a style is being used so that I can replace it with one of our new text styles. I've tried using quick select to select the mtext by style but it isn't working. It selects everything in my drawing and not specifically what I am asking it to select. For some reason quick select hasn't been working for me with anything. Any help is appreciated!

Try using the filter command to select by style name. then change the style in Properties palette.
