Utility dataset in Green Building Studio

Hi I have been trying to add utility bills data for my project in GBS but whenever i click on download tools or download excel button; the following message appears
"404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."

please help me in this

404 is a standard internet protocol code that means the browser can't find the page/url. Is your install up to date? I don't use GBS, so I can't be of too much help.
