Screen half/freeze when opening color table
When I am selecting an object and want to change the color, when the color table opens, my screen freezes right down the middle. I can press Tab/Alt 2 times and it un-freezes that portion allowing me to select a color. Then I have to repeat the Tab/Alt to go back again.

Sounds like a potential graphics card/driver issue.
If you have a technical question, please find the appropriate forum and ask it there.

...or maybe a corrupt dwg. Try it with a new dwg from acad.dwt template.

Try setting Gfxdx12 to 0
If that doesn’t work try disabling hardware acceleration under GraphicsConfig
