Images randomly disappear when publishing to PDF

Hey all, has anyone had trouble with images (Logos, location maps etc.) disappearing randomly when publishing to PDFs? I've tried different image types, sizes and nothing seems to work. I can plot back to back plan sets and random images will just not plot. A logo on sheet 3 will not plot, plot again and the logo on sheet 3 is back but a logo on sheet 32 is now missing. I didn't change a thing in between plots, just a random image disappears. This is happening to all in the department. Crazy!

I have text not plot correctly using sheet set manager but plot fine individually

I've looked high and low and it seems we are the only techs experiencing this.
