Default Adding a comma to a label style

Once a distance on a line label passes 999', where do I tell the label style that I want it to put a comma? I can't seem to find that part of the style. Any help is appreciated.

You are searching for Digit Grouping. It is a property of distance/length elements used in the Context dialog of a label.
