Section Labels
Good afternoon,
I have 2 section styles (Proposed and Existing) and 2 section label sets (Proposed and Existing). I would like for my proposed sections default to the proposed label sets and my existing sections to default to the existing label set. I can't seem to find where to set those defaults. I would appreciate any help!

That is not an option. The default is for one setting at a time. Civil 3D doesn't really understand existing and proposed in that sense.
If you have a technical question, please find the appropriate forum and ask it there.
