Summary: Have the ability to clip the boundary of a view created by VIEWBASE

Description: Sometimes when a view is created by VIEWBASE, you don't want to see the entirety of the objects, you just want to focus on a section of it. Being able to clip the view, the same way as PDFCLIP does after a pdf has been attached, would allow you to do this.

That is called a Detail View. You place it just like you place other views. You can choose a circular or rectangular boundary. You select part of another view to be the detail. Sometimes I don't want the detail's parent view to be displayed, I only want the detail. In that case I place the parent view outside the paperspace limits so it doesn't print.
