Autosave doesn't work - AutocadLT 2023

Autosave is not working all of a sudden. I have autosave set to 5 minutes, and ISAVEPERCENT set to 0. Recover shows a .sv$ files from yesterday! Not sure if it's significant, but the crash in happening while in block editor.
Using AutocadLT 2023 in Windows 11.

From help for AUTOSAVE.

Note: Automatic save is disabled when the Block Editor is open. (Not available in AutoCAD LT)
