    Default Embedded Raster Image

I just discovered that my embedded raster image prints out (in pdf) upside down when my drawing is not in world coordinate. It looks right in the drawing, even looks right in the print preview. The only way I could find to fix it is to rotate my drawing to WCS. Does anyone know of a better way? Thanks.
PS the way I embedded the image was to open the jpeg image in Paint, copy all and paste special into dwg as a Picture (Metafile).

Is the picture bitonal? If so, you can use the RasterDesign IEMBED command to embed the image. Perhaps that will give different results.

It's not bitonal - I'll just have to rotate to WCS
    Thank you!
