Default Notes Built-In to the bottom of a schedule.

    Hello,

I have prototype REVIT project from our client. In the file it has a very basic schedule but at the bottom of the schedule they have a general note that is part of the schedule and I can't edit it. It's at the bottom in the same area where you would typical see Total and Count. Has anybody ran into this before? Is it a special parameter that was created?

Would need to see the RVT itself to be sure, but I'm 99% sure that this is a 'dumb' schedule, meaning it is is not scheduling actual model elements but is instead made by manually adding rows to the title portion of a schedule, including the counts and totals in this case. Actual schedules do not support text notes at the bottom (you can at the top in between title and headers, as above).

It might be a Key Schedule that they are using to create a manually filled in table & put the text into the Custom grand total title field on the Sorting/Grouping tab for the footer.
