Note the Area Plan is the one I have been working in.
Is it Possible to change the Area Plan to a Standard Floor Plan?

I don't know enough about "arch" views and how they are set up and controlled by the company you work for.

But what is it on the "Area" plan you've been working in, that you want to make it a floor plan?
Why can't you simply copy/paste all the "work" (assuming annotation etc) into the actual floor plan?
This is easily done with copy and paste aligned into selected view(s) or aligned in current view.

They appear to have different scales, do you use view templates?
If you have view templates, is it as simple as assigning the proper view template to the "area plan" making it a "floor plan"?

    Just some thoughts
