Missing Menus from CUI pull down

Firstly, I apologize if this has been addressed before. It's been years since I've even been in these forums, and I couldn't find where to search for previous posts.

Help please.

We use a partial cui loaded into ACAD.cui which incorporates our pull downs for inserting 2D blocks from our library. When ACADNP.cui is first loaded, all the menus show up on the menubar. Then the last will disappear. One machine it's the last two that drop off.

Is there some system variable or other command I'm missing, which sets the limit of pull downs on the menubar?

What workspace is set current?

Have you tried entering CUI Command, then add the customization into the desired workspace (be sure to set as current)?
