    Question X-refs and linetype scales

I'm having difficulty establishing a uniform and constant linetype scale in my reference drawings. What I mean is that when I create a drawing that has a certain dashed linetype, and then reference that drawing into another drawing, the dashed line reads and/or plots as a solid line. Any thoughts or suggestions?

    Hi

Give the forum search facility a try with the below search string -

    Key Word(s): LTScale + PSLTScale

    Have a good one, Mike

Check the layer states in the parent drawing file. The layers of the child (xrefed) drawing can be modified in the parent.

Also, the LTSCALE of the xref dwg doesn't carry over into the parent drawing.
