Acad2006 - CUI's locked out

I've had certain situations where both my main cui and my enterprise cui are showing up as read only. Does anyone know anything about this?

I got it.

In my trying to tackle the new CUI's, my ACAD.cui became a partially loaded cui to the cui I had designated as the enterprise one. Therefore when seeing the acad.cui, it was seeing it as part of the enterprise cui which is read only.

So, after making a backup, just in case, I separated the two, so that the acad one was not part of my enterprise one any longer.
