AutoCAD LT 2005 - Unable to execute tool. Possible causes are:

I am getting an error when i try to drag things out of my tool palette that states:

Unable to execute tool.Possible causes are:

-Tool is not registered properly, Please Check your installation
-The tool is from another application and is incompatible with current application

This started happening when my IT deptartment switched alot of paths from my local machine onto the server. Any ideas of how to fix it?
