    Default Find & replace

Find & replace command to allow global editing of selected text notes. I often copy a large number of notes from Level to level and in each instance need to edit a few characters in each of the notes to reflect the change in levels. A find & replace command would allow the operation to be done while the copied notes are still selected and save a lot of editing & potential errors.

    A must have.

Also there should be search and replace for parameters. (Need to look at the new API to see what can be done there.) As well as spell check for parameters.

    Oh Yes, Yes, Yes....!

I meant to write about it several times, but always was side-tracked.

I am absolutely for it! (Perhaps adding a voting poll would be of some benefit...)

    Great idea.
I often use the word processor 'search and replace' analogy when teaching people about Revit and how the project browser can help you quickly redefine styles for walls, doors, annotation families etc.
