HELP!!!! issue on R8 activation

i can't get an answer by the Emea support team ; i need the activation file for R8 and i didn't get it by internet

Somebody of you has the telephon number to get them??
i remember there an help desk to call at in Swiss , but i can't find it.

There is no phone number in EMEA to call, you can either email authcodes.neu@autodesk.com or fax +41-32-723-9169 our activation team in Neuchatel. Or if you want you can try calling the activation team in the Americas at 415-507-4937.
