Page Setup Overrides

How do I change a page setup override? I have created some overrides. Now I need to modify one of the overrides and I don't remember how I did it the first time. In one of my overrides, I am configuring our system to plot 22x34 to 11x17 to our copier. Unfortunately, all I can select to plot is Display or View. How do I change it so I can plot Layout? Unless I select Layout, this option does not show up in my list of overrides when I go to Publish. Please help. Thank you!

Defined page setups are dependent on the space they are defined in, e.g. setups defined in layouts can only be used in layouts.
