FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0020 Exception at baae915h

I get this message when I try to open an existing drawing. I think it has to do with my layouts or profiles, because it happens after I save a drawing in which I have created a new layout and profiles, but I can't for sure duplicate the problem. It happens sometimes and doesn't on some drawings.

Try RECOVER command to errored drawing (or AUDIT command to opened errored drawing).

I do and it gives me the same error message as when I try to open it. I have isolated the problem on one drawing. I save it before I delete an un-needed layout and it opens fine. After I delete it is when I have the problem. Any ideas or fixes?

1.Install Service Pack on your LDT (if exists)
2.Apply PURGE ALL command to drawing
3.Insert your drawing into another new (in the same project) as block
4.Using eTransmit command, change version of your drawing (for example to 2000)
